Both. Most of the work — customizing, development, support — runs remotely through your system access; workshops, kick-offs and go-live support happen on site when you want them. We rolled out to more than 60 company codes across four continents largely remotely.
How quickly can you start?
A 30-minute call is usually available within a few days; joining ongoing topics (support, analysis, the fixed-price diagnostic) typically within two weeks. Larger projects are planned with you based on the target picture.
How do you charge — daily rate or fixed price?
Clearly scoped services such as the SAP VIM diagnostic come at a fixed price. Project work and support are billed by effort, with an agreed frame and transparent effort documentation — no surprises at month end.
Do you take over a VIM that another provider implemented?
Yes, that is the normal case. We start with a stock-take — what is standard, what is custom, what is legacy — and then take on support, optimization or the next upgrade. The fixed-price diagnostic is the fastest way in.
What changes for our VIM with S/4HANA?
It depends on the operating model: on-premise and private cloud carry VIM along, public cloud does not. We settle this before the migration decision — not in the test cycle. Details are on our S/4HANA transformation page.
