The check is an analysis, not an implementation project — on purpose: whoever analyses and sells the implementation in the same breath is not analysing neutrally. Frequently asked questions
Which VIM versions does the check cover?
All common versions from VIM 7.5 to 25.4, on ECC as well as S/4HANA. On the capture side we cover IC4S, CC4S and their predecessors ICC and BCC.
What system access do you need?
Display permissions are sufficient — we make no changes to the system and no transport request is needed. Access runs via your standard procedure for externals, such as VPN or Citrix.
How much internal effort is required from us?
For the business team, around four hours spread over two weeks: a 30-minute kickoff, two 45–60 minute interviews and the 60–90 minute results presentation. IT additionally completes a one-time onboarding for access and system context. The analysis itself runs without your involvement.
Remote or on site?
The check is priced as a remote format. An on-site session — for example for the results presentation — is possible on request; travel costs are then added.
In German or English?
Both. Interviews, report and presentation are delivered in the language that fits your team — mixed is fine too, for example German interviews and an English report for international management.
What happens after the check?
That is up to you. The action list is written so your team can implement it independently. If you would like support, we prepare a concrete offer based on the findings — the check creates no obligation.
How serious is the money-back guarantee?
Literally serious: if, from your point of view, the report does not deliver helpful actions, we refund the full fixed price — no questions asked. We can offer this because a VIM setup with no room for improvement simply does not exist in practice. The check carries no risk for you.
