What is SAP VIM?
OpenText Vendor Invoice Management for SAP Solutions — SAP VIM for short, also known as SAP Invoice Management by OpenText — automates the processing of incoming vendor invoices directly inside SAP. Business rules check every document automatically, workflows route approvals and exceptions, and accounts payable can see the status of every invoice at any time. Implemented well, VIM shortens cycle times, removes manual checks and makes incoming invoice processing audit-proof.
E-invoicing: XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Peppol and KSeF
Electronic invoicing is becoming a legal requirement in more and more countries. We set up XRechnung and ZUGFeRD processing for Germany, integrate SAP VIM with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) for Peppol e-invoices — for example in Belgium — and connect national platforms such as Poland's KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) or the French e-invoicing mandate. Document capture with IC4S and CC4S
OpenText Intelligent Capture for SAP Solutions (IC4S) and Core Capture for SAP Solutions (CC4S) extract invoices and other documents automatically. We configure extraction and validation and tune the learning behaviour of the recognition so that as many documents as possible post without any manual touch.
